DHI
Hair implant is a procedure applied to transfer hair follicles (graft) harvested one by one from the back of the scalp to the bald recipient site. Small slits are opened to place hair follicles during the transfer (transplant).
DHI procedure eliminates the requirement of opening these slits. Small scars do not appear as a result of this procedure. In this method, grafts harvested for the transplant are directly transferred to the bald area using a special tool, without keeping them in the external environment for a long time and opening slits in the bald area.
Any other remaining procedures are applied as is done with the FUE technique. However, this procedure takes longer time than FUE technique and it is applied to individuals with limited bald areas due to the fact that placement of grafts with special needles is time-consuming.
